We use a third party company ‘BoothBook’ to handle our bookings and customer contact.

Image Release Agreement
User agrees to, and understands the following: All guests using the photo booth services hereby give to Flick Photo Co, The right and permission to copyright and use, photographic portraits, video, motion picture, content or pictures of any user who may be included intact or in part, made through any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose. In addition, I hereby release, discharge and agree to Flick Photo Co, from any liability, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy. Unless other arrangements are made between client to protect and/or not release any photos or content related to said event. Our ‘Flick Photo Co Opt-Out Photo Release Form’ can be downloaded here and submitted via email to contact@flickphotoco.com prior to your event.
